There's a cheap gts-t on sale in my area, what do you think?
It's a '92, DOT approved, safetied, 150K kms, $8500
Seller doesn't give much info in the add besides "Upgraded boost, Custom Turbo piping, hks intake, exhaust, new suspensions great for drifting."

Unless he has the Customs bond release, it's not "DOT approved" and legal. R32s were never technically approved for federalization (only certain years of R33s), and this particular example is not yet 25 years old, so it was most likely imported illegally. Having a state registration and title does not make it legal in the eyes of the federal government, so it could still be seized and crushed (like all those Defenders as of late, and R34s in the past).

I paid $7250 to get a better one than this from Japan that was also stock, so you might want to consider that route. Also it being a '92, if this is in the US, is sketchy.
Check out my profile I posted a couple of blogs about it.
edit: I see you are canadian. I was actually going to buy from Canada until I realized you can get better if you import. You may be able to import one for even cheaper than I did. Talk to pacific coast JDM.
If you are in BC you definitely would pay less than I did because my price includes in-country shipping.
